why can I not report a problem that I am having with big farm

in Bug Reporting & Technical Issues
I have upgraded my building with diamonds I received from dreamworld, and I upgraded the building on main farm as well as on my gourmet farm and when I went to move my houses in it I could not and now I cannot even report the problem I am having

    Are you sure that there are free slots for the house? Some level of the apartment only offers you workers, not house slots. If you have free slots and still unable to add it, please have a try after clearing your cache.

    My distillery will not sell what is in it so I can reload to make more it has been frozen for 2 days

    Need to sell from the barn then collect from the Distillery then u'll be able to start a new item in it.
