Spring Monument - Locked?

The end of the Master League was this morning... We were awarded coins for placing in top whatever... I have the coins in inventory, but my spring monument is locked? I cannot upgrade it :(

Also some members in the coop have an offer to buy coins for another 19 hours if they want to round out the coins for final upgrade, I and other do not have this option! 

I would like to get in the final upgrade...

    Firstly it's not the monument that's upgradeable. It's the boosters inside the monument that are can be upgraded.

    Secondly, that's correct. Some people will have the option to buy a limited number of coins to round the total number up  to 500 or 1000 etc. If you have finished on a nice number like that ,then you won't have the option to buy any more coins now the event has finished.

    Yes I understand all  that... but the event just finished this morning and I have 700 coins in inventory and cannot use them for the boosters... the monument is LOCKED! It should not have locked within hours of the event ending!

    well for some reason, the monument unlocked and I was able to use 500 of my coins, but still no offer... oh well.

     Can you try logging out and logging in? I suggest the others who experience this issue to clear their cache.

    I have logged in and out quite a bit today just for that reason and I cleared cache as well.... just glad I  could get in to use some of my coins :)   thanks!
