What can she do?

There is a player in my coop that was clicking the X to exit out of the pop up that come when the game starts.  Well one pop up came and she ended up buying something that she doesnt even know what it was and lost a lot of Gold.  How can she reverse what happened?  She is so upset and it took her almost a year to get the gold she has and now most of it is gone.

    First get her to set her Gold lock https://crazybigfarm.net/how_to/how-to.htm#Gold%20confirmation
    Then she can try and contact support explaining what has happened - when it happened & with any luck they will get back with what the gold was spent on, but doubt very much there will be a refund of any kind. Also let her know that once she does get a reply back from support that she only uses that email to reply back if needed!

    Thank you Data King.  I appreciate that very much and I will pass that on along to her.  I didn't even know we could set a gold lock either so that is good to know and I will be doing that myself.
