If I have gold, which should I upgrade?

As I recall from the original discussion when the Stash entered the game, there is a point at which the upgrades become so expensive that you would not recoup the cost in 10 years of play. (Cheaper to just buy the stuff and stick it on the contract)  I don't recall at what level that started but it was surprisingly low

and if I remember right both of these can be upgraded with farm cash - so save the gold & work the farms & DSF area's to get the cash to get these up
