Missing CC rewards

I was 5 days out of the game and I received no rewards from the last CC. Apparently Our coop was 2 in the golden league, so no ending rewards as well. I have contacted the support about the matter. Why nothing works here as it should nowadays???

    A long time ago here was an announcement that inactive players will not receive rewards in events. Maybe someone could find a link to this announcement.
    So if you want to receive CC rewards you cant finish this event with 0 reputation points.

    I haven't heard that ever before..sounds really strange..I'm more likely to believe that this is a bug of some sort.
