Not letting me use seaweed fertilizer

I have 4 left in inventory. Tried to use it to plant cherries, but the button has turned grey. Tried it on other orchards, same deal. Any clues?

You need at least 5 to be able to use it on anything. It requires 10 seaweed fertiliser to use on apple and almond orchards and 30 seaweed fertiliser to use on cherry and peach orchards, which can further be lowered to 5 and 15 respectively if you can get the water tower on each farm to level 5.

Duh!!!  I finally figured it out. I was on a fert frenzy and totally forgot.  Thanks, N!!
