The missing village fair ranking rewards!! Outrageous!!!

I had this message from the support which is outrageous: And now I have to summarize the content as the original post was removed for breaking the community rules. The support told me that it has investigated my case and found that the bug had NOT affected me which is an outrageous lie. My whole cooperative DID NOT receive the ending rewards. You lie straight to our faces.
I was a part of the Fredli cooperative during the last village fair and changed my cooperative right after the event ended. We became number one in the bronze league of the event, the lowest possible league with about 1 million points difference to the following cooperative. We received falsely information at the end of the event that we became number 3rd. I'm still missing and waiting for the rewards. Our cooperative leader wrote to forum like I did. And I complained to the support. But I got this message...
Now I've sent a ticket to the support again about the matter and I want to hear no MORE lies but the rewards we earned and did not receive.

It's the order of the cooperative members inside the cooperative during the event. The best ones gets rewards and according to the size of the cooperative it is defined how many gets them and what are the rewards. I was the best player in our cooperative, so I was number 1 in the internal rankings...
MISSING RANKING REWARDS
Due to the delays dealing with the activity rewards, the team were unable to complete the work on the missing ranking rewards before the weekend, but they are compiling a list of the coops that did not get their rewards & will be addressing that next week too.
If your coop did not get their ranking rewards from the Village fair, you should be on the list, but we would also suggest that the coop leader sends in a ticket, on behalf of the whole coop, and includes in it:
- "Missing ranking rewards for Village Fair ending on Nov 13th".
- The name of your coop
- The rank that your coop finished on.
- The league that your coop played in.
I sent the Support ticket in yesterday morning and our coop is just now receiving all VF Rewards. Thank you again Wascally Wabbit.Unfortunately we are not able to help you with that here on the forum.
Support is the only option.
Keep in mind that it is usually best to stick to one ticket per issue, rather than opening multiple tickets regarding the same specific problem as this will most likely confuse things and draw the process out.
Once you have received a reply from Support, you need to "Reply" on the same ticket whenever you want to communicate more about that same issue.
