Milk and pigs disappears after harvesting

Hi there. I just harvested all my cows-milk, and it was not there when I tried to give it to a customer ??
I have 7 stables and there should have been 5145 milk. I had the same  problem with my pigs earlier today, but I did not get any pictures from that. Should have been 2670 pigs What is happening?? AND PLEASE RETURN my milk and pigs
 
Edit: Could I have had the quick stuff going on?? Please look in the log so I won´t feel rubbed

Try a reload of the game. Usually that clears up most troubles
