wrong fishing group US1

I didn't quite know where to post this but I am in group 55-999 or whatever the last number is and there are people currently in the ranks who are nowhere near level 55. Not sure if there is now a new grouping system and the numbers just don't reflect it yet, or if a bug caused some people to be placed in the wrong groups. Anyway, just letting y'all know

I was one of those in the wrong grouping.  I was level 55 and placed in the grouping for 56-999 I was 2011 and worked hard to get higher and before achieving the rank to receive the trawler I was regrouped into 36-55 - that was ok since I belonged there but then just after receiving the skipJack I leveled up to 56 and POP I was back in the 56-999 group.  I had worked hard and achieved rank 29 in the lower grouping but now I am ranked 555 and working hard again.  ok my question is why was I moved when I leveled up (never happened before) and why can't I have the trawler if I am in that level rather than the skipjack?

My daughter's fishing group (15-25) just suddenly changed in ranks, so she went from rank 4 to rank 29, along with everyone else in the top 5. The biggest problem isn't really that she dropped more than 20 ranks in like five seconds, it's that the group now shows a player in rank one who is also the same player in rank 6 in my group! I am in the 56-999 one. How is that possible?? lol I don't want to name names but it is definitely the same person, with the exact same score. Obviously she's not going to complain if she gets the rewards form both groups, but I wouldn't want to be her if something else goes wrong and she gets NONE.

PLEASE fix this GGS. A player should not be in two groups at the same time, and people shouldn't suddenly drop MULTIPLE ranks at the end of an event for reasons that had nothing to do with their game play.

Agree @luvs2wolf64 (US1) The grouping changes should not be happening as they are. A bug for sure
