Buying Gold with Paysafe Cards

If I were to buy a paysafe card to buy gold do I still get charged an exchange fee for the gold transaction?  Paysafe is apparently a UK company so I wonder if I can save some cash using the paysafe card instead.

Here is the confusion-See this current gold offer in US Dollars

Then see the terms of fees for the PaySafe Card in the link below.  It says you can calculate the exchange fees according to the website currency,  The website shows US Dollars to buy the gold, but I was charged an exchange fee when I bought gold before.

US to US currency exchange fee is "Not Possible" to calculate, of course because there would be no exchange fees for US Dollars to US Dollars on the website.  However, is this a US Website for GGS?  Is the exchange fee brought on by the credit card company to exchange the US Dollars to Euro Dollars?

See this screen shot of US to Euro Exchange Fees.

One more ? to add.

That 2x double gold offer from way back when that is sitting at the top of my screen.  Does it work on these gold offers, it says not to be used for Prime Time.  How do you know it's prime time and how does that double offer really work?

i dont think you are getting charged a exchange fee i think your bank is charging you a out of country transaction fee and it  depends on the bank you are using i use southern Michigan bank and trust and some times there is a 16 cent charge and some times not here is a list of mine 19.99 and i had a 4.99 witch would be the subscription those are the 2 from this month then last month the 4.99 sub and a 9.99 and a 5.14 so sometimes they charge me a couple more cents but not much all banks have there own amount they charge for over seas transactions which is what you are doing when you buy gold because the transaction is being made in Germany i think some banks charge a lot more then others for example my bank started charging a 6 dollar a month fee for something stupid so i started looking for a different bank but because i buy gold here and one of my credit cards gets paid over seas every month even with the 6 dollar charge it was cheaper then other banks fees for over seas transactions also you could try buying subway gift cards and using them but not sure they work with deals i have never tried them personally but gift cards wont work for the subscription
