unsatisfied Support (save your payment confirmation e-mails)

I have been in touch with support and they want me to prove that is my account. I have given them all the information and even have 1 confirmed transaction that has been confirmed by their payment provider Paymentwall. The 1 transaction is what they asked at first, now that i have the confirmation they are now asking for 3 transactions.

They want to give me my account back but they need that confirmation.

SO NOTE TO ALL, SAVE YOUR TRANSACTION E-MAILS, that is the only way to prove you are the player of your own account. Normally they could just look at your IP address, however they think it is better to look at a payment. A normal person can look at where they payment comes from and confirm it using that way, no Goodgame wants the e-mail.

If you never bought any gold, you are screwed. There is no way you can proof that it is YOUR account according to GGS.

    If what you write is true and I do not doubt you, then it´s plain in sane. 

    Ofc it´s good to know that they are protective of players accounts, but this sounds overly protective of them and hopeless for the owner of an account to retrieve it.

    Do hope things work out for you asap.

  • yep, this is not the first time i have heard about this, it almost looks like... it almost looks like ggs does not care about they're players very much. that's a new piece of information.
