Same item, different value

I have 2 lvl. 2 tropical cowsheds. One yields 876 milk and 186 dung, the other yields 732 milk and 186 dung. How can this be? Neither has been sparked with a gift. My print screen button doesn't work, or I don't know how to use it, so I can't attach a picture.

I think that one has been fed with normal cow feed or premium cow feed and the other one has been fed with seaweed feed, both combined with a level 6 milk handbook and an active 50% powerhouse booster.
