Storage went down

My storage's capacity should be 4200, but suddenly it is 3800. Also my coop members has same problem. What????
Edit:
Mandariini's storage shows capacity 4500, but total should be 4000.
My storage shows now 3800, but it was 4200 before. 3800 is correct, but stil I have more stuff than capacity.
Perhaps we have been lucky.
