Start by looking at what all the different building do in the Co op Village. Learn about the penalties that come with filling the upgrade materials for the building.
Start with the Bank so your co op can exchange farm dollars for village dollars to be able to grow the edge crops required for various thing in the Co op Village.
Then the 2 Factories
I suggest the village pond after the factories to help manage the village happiness there.
From there it's up to you/your co op
