Coop Salary

I was thinking the other day, what about a salary for everybody in the coops. It would make people who aren't in coops want to become more willing to go into one. Say that a regular person gets a salary of 50k a day. A deputy would get 100-150k a day. That's not a bad pay. Coop leaders would get 250k a day. They are generally higher levels anyways, so it would be fair. you could even do gold too. You could do that for people who are over a certain level, and are just deputies or just coop leaders. Just a thought, let me know what you think.

Being in a co-op that has done Research gves higher yields and higher selling prices

Those are very lucrative reasons to be in a co-op

If there were salaries acccording to rank that would be devisive, cause discord and bad feeling. The result would not be a happy co-op  working as a team
  • if there was salary for deputy, most co op would make everyone deputy

Lol My farm makes more money not being in a co-op

Yes you have the extra yields and selling prices but that gets outstripped easily by the costs.
Co ops like high donations in dollars, gold and participation in events

So all that money you make while in a Co op disappears very quickly !

    @darren24 (GB1)

My co-op has all research so we get high yields and top prices

We do not want donations. We have no need for them

Nor do we insist you take part in events.
    Some do, some don't

We have one rule ... Have fun and enjoy farming

Depends on the coop. Many, like ours, ask for no donations or require participation.

For me that is not a salary when it persoanlly costs gold for me to do because there is no way I am going to 60 some different farms to click one button for 200 Crapy dollars but the research is not bad and if you are in a coop with members that have the subscription can be a nice bounse especially if you are not one that is subscribed lol

Really the water all trees should be added to the coop subscription

Research benefits are plenty enough compensation for joining a co-op.  :#

You think they would actually give us free farm dollars for just for being in a co-op? ...that would be too easy. LOL  :D

Well...you could have it that the leader is able to give salaries to his deputies, but it would come from his own farm cash!

Which could create a whole new set of problems. LOL!
