This is the second time I have seen this appear recently and have no idea what its all about and even why its here 

As you see in the screen shot there is nothing to click at all

    Hi.
    In order for the event to be open to you, you must have at least one manual from the library at lvl 6. Offers upgrades to the next level.

    Tbh and in my opinion this shouldn´t show up before a player has reached lvl 6 on at least one of the books. It is very confusing and makes one think something is broken in the game when being able to click it and find a blank page.

    If u have any book on lvl 6 u will see that book there this guy is working like the Archie

    It's showing up because it is broken and has been for a while.Is not supposed to come to a farm unless they do have a handbook to be upgraded.

    In that case farmgirlmimi43 (US1), they have had a looooong time to correct it. Has been that way since day one and a whole bunch of other fixes. Got lost on their fixlist?
