How to really upset your customer base

I think one really great way is to close the thread regarding html5 problems, without addressing some serious issues first.

I know some of us mac users are seen pretty much as the spawn of satan, but we can't even play the game anymore!  We post the problems, and go into some detail, then got told to post the problems in detail!  Then before we can repeat what we've already said, and as if by some mysterious magical power, the thread gets closed!   Way to go GGS!

Guess you dont want us as customers, spending out on gold etc.

This truly beggars belief I'd have put money on them doing anything to get or at least retain gold sales.

  • @AmazingMurphy (GB1) As far as I know the only thread that was closed, was the one collecting feedback when we had Flash & HTML both running at the same time. It was closed because many of the issues have been resolved already & we need to know which ones are still happening, without having to sift through 700 posts.

As for your "Mac issues" we have repeatedly told you that we are unaware or any issues being specific to Mac users & if you want your issues to be addressed you should post them on the current feedback thread just like everyone else. CM_Hunter even directly asked you to do that:

& your response was that he should read your old posts, you didn,t even supply a link or copy/paste the issues for him & you say that Apple have told you that it is not a Mac issue. So now, instead of doing what you were asked, you create a new thread saying that no-one is listening to you.

I am closing this thread, as it serves no useful purpose & I would suggest that if you want the issues that you are currently having, to be looked at, you post them on the current feedback thread, with more detail then "the game is unplayable", as requested.
