Construction time display issue with production and construction time reduction booster

Hello. It appears that there is an issue with the displayed construction time on buildings. I was about to upgrade my candy cowshed to level 8 and the displayed upgrade time was 11:12:00 with a 50% reduction in construction time. But the actual construction time is 10:53:20 with a 50% reduction in construction time.

The upgrade time in the picture above began at 10:53:20 and counted down from there.
