Announcement - Support delays
we have some information to share about the current status of our support team.
If you’ve contacted Support recently you might already have noticed that it is currently taking longer to receive replies from them than what you’re used to.
This is due to the past holiday season, where a whole lot of requests were received, and a flu season across Germany, by which some of our support agents are effected.
Regardless of the circumstances we would like to assure you that all tickets will be answered as soon as possible.
