No answer from the Support when sending a ticket!!!!!!
I lost several items in the game, I lost free range fertile fields after building them, they never appeared. I lost snow bound fields too, the same way. Now I won some others but dont want to loose my time to build them as I'll lost them too!
Why the Support center not answering since many weeks?

And if it was one that you "Won", such as in the CC or the Village Fair, they have a very limited lifespan; usually only about 30 minutes to an hour, then *POOF* the appearance is removed and all that's left is a plain looking field or fertile field.
They are designed to give a bonus to a particular crop while they're in use. Here's an example:
If I were to place this on an existing field on my farm, I would get a 30% bonus to Rutabagas for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the "Snowbound" look of the field goes *POOF* and I'm back to a regular looking field with no skin applied.
Is this possibly what you're referring to?
Dd you get our automatic reply when sending a ticket? If you didn't even receive that, it's very liekly there was an issue in getting emails to you. Please check your spam folder and setup a filter for messages from Goodgame Studios to ensure you get everythng we send you. I can check the status of your messages on Monday and look deeper into any delays, you're welcome to send me a private message if you'd like me to do so
Please do remember though, the support team deals with thousands of requests on a weekly basis and it can take time to deal with them all, so do please give them up to a week to get back to you. It's usually quicker than that (spam folder issues and support form issues notwithstandng) but during times of heavy load it can take a bit longer.
