A Message from Hunter to UK, RU and ES users

Hi everyone,

It's been quite a week so far, especially for the ES, RU and UK servers. As you may know, the issue with those servers was in the end resolved around midnight and we managed to get everyone back into the game with no further issues. But of course, since a few of the team ended up staying in the office to get that problem resolved we have been pretty exhausted, and a couple of the guys were pretty much working on the problem all day!

So why am I mentioning this? Well, as the downtime was quite a long one we would like to apologise for the issue and the time you lost that day. We haven't been able to finalise that topic just yet, and since we lost a bunch of time for development as well this has put delays on a couple things. I am here to tell you that this will be a main topic for the CM team on Monday next week and we WILL have something for you. We are in discussion about what we can do for you all and will try to get that finalised next week. Once that's done, we can bring you more details such as the 'what' and 'when' of it. Have no fear! Hunter and Keledar are on the case.

An additional note about kites, we have had feedback that HP and VHP were not considered in the current procedure for the kite changes. We are also on that case, doing our best to come up with a solution to that issue and to makle up for happiness losses, particularly for those with a higher number of kites. More details to come next week!

Finally, we had some sparse reports of no rewards in a recent CC. From what we can tell so far only a few seem to be affected, but due to the downtimes that topic took a backseat to getting servers up and running again. That's another case that we are right on top of! We will investigate losses as much as we can and provide any solutions for the few affected as soon as possible.
