Announcement - Last Village Fair Reset (INT1 & IT1 ONLY)

Hi INT1 Farmers,

Some of you have been patiently waiting for a resolution to the score resets in the Village Fair on the International And Italian servers. We apologise for the delays and thank you so much for your patience with us as we finalised the details for you.

If you experienced score resets and were in the top 10 positions before that reset occurred, please get in touch with our support team. We are sadly unable to verify exact scores due to the reset occurring mid-event, this also means we are unable to provide precise rewards. As a result, we will provide you with second place rewards for your league as an apology for the resets and lack of rewards, regardless of your top 10 position. Our support agents will check account activity of the players who contact them to figure out positions, but due to the final scores being missing this can take some time, so please be patient as they handle all of the tickets they receive. *Only one co-op member needs to contact support, sending multiple tickets per co-op will extend support time so please organise with your co-op leaders.* If you already received first place prizes we will not provide additional rewards, and rewards will only be credited to co-op members who were active in the event (gained at least 1 point for the co-op).

We wish it were possible to provide the correct rewards and that the reset could have been avoided but we hope instead you can enjoy the second place rewards. We are also working to ensure the issue that caused the resets is repaired.
