@Southern (US1)   thanks, that does make sense.  Just not good when you have shipped out some contracts and new ones come in an move the positions of the contracts, ones you are working on get moved to the bottom and new one at the top, so if apples are need to complete a working contract and a new one comes in needing apples and is put in position 1, it will take the apples first... :(

so I gotta watch that for sure.
Ah, good point. I've had that happen, but didn't think much about it. I've got one now in that situation in fact, with milk - it was almost done, then got pushed into position 6 by some incoming contracts, now my milk is being fed into contract #2. :)

No biggie to me, they'll all get done eventually. :)

    @WascallyWabbit

1 member subscription fills 2 % in OM and FM ... Right ??

If this is true, will 50 members subscription from the same co-op fill 100 % of the products in the market ?

Am I completely wrong ... Or did GGS messed up again ..

Will this not mean free dollars for 30 days at a cost of just 9.99 X 50 = 500 dollars ....

Please someone tell me this is true ...

Would be good is turbo + repeat harvesters had other priorities for excess.

    1) Supply any currently activated event
    2) Supply ship if activated and hasn't left dock
    3) Supply bakery
    4) Supply contracts with no timer
    5) Sell

    1) Supply any currently activated event - If I opt out of an event, don't want supplies going to it!
    2) Supply ship if activated and hasn't left dock - I would rather fill the ship myself, especially the Island crops as I fill with the minimum amount.
    3) Supply bakery - I am ok with this, however, I prefer to supply bakery manually.

@JVD (US1) if you have not activated event it will not donate as Rusty said, also NO event has donate as 1st so again it will not donate to event unless you are doing it.  ALL event must be activated before you start, so this is NOT a problem for player who do not do events. I do agree with you though about boat, that should not be filled by harvest due to the reason you said, I also change amount on boat, depending on what I am doing

Other than that I totally agree with @Rusty Farmer (AU1)  it is how it should prioritise repeat harvest/turbo harvest

Rusty Farmer does not even include having anything sent to the barn.... That is my first priority! as for events and the bakery, it is spreading product thin as far as I am concerned and I have no control... I prefer  to  manage events, the bakery and of course the ship!

I  have found I keep my bakery full (manually of course)  and am filling  contracts  at a better  rate as  things  are now!

Sorry, I agree  to disagree  with  you @Byron Longford (AU1) and @Rusty Farmer (AU1)

    Happy Farming!
  • I honestly do NOT see the problem with donating to events IF activated, it would not effect players who do not do events, but for players who do events it is very annoying that it does not donate there as first priority after barn is full @JVD (US1)

I'm with JVD on this one. I do events, and I want control over when and where something is donated. For instance, I may not want to donate a product until I know for certain I have completed other parts of the event so that I don't lose inventory if I can't log on for some reason.

I actually find it bad that it donates to market I would prefer it did not donate there so I could control, always starting a contracts that I would have normally trashed, but I have to put up with it.  I do  whish it would donate my apples when sleeping on milk, so I can finish faster and get more the wat through speed, I normally get through 3 levels of speed run on hardest level, but would love to finish, only way is if it donated when asleep. Instead of selling, so if does not donate for event then should not donate to market.  The repeat harvest has destroyed market for me, there is now longer any use doing it as always starts contracts weather you want or not.  You will have contracts further down list that you would prefer to finish first before starting new 1.  I use to do lots of contracts a day now NONE,  ALL my contracts are full and will not be shipped
  • Thought about market donation it would be ok, if you could set the order in which to fill, example move the boxes to where you want and when new order comes it should go to bottom of list until you either trash or change priority.

I do control  my contracts. Prior to ever using the turbo or repeat harvesters, I check my contracts. Any contracts there I don't want I get rid of. Also with the implementation of these tools, I do not ship out my contracts until all have been filled that I have kept, since they are filled in order! Once I have shipped out my contracts, I wait for the next batch to weed out what I don't want and of course none of  this happens when I am sleeping.... What ever I have on repeat for the night fills barns, contracts and sells which is fine by me.

Not to say the errant contract hasn't snuck in on me when not paying attention, but if it does, not a big deal since it gets completed usually quickly and goes with the load.

I work events by day, and set up items for overnight that I will need for them on repeat. The donate items, so far, I have not had a  problem with because my barns are always full! :) In fact I have never had such full barns since beginning this game!

We all farm differently, want different controls and tools in some situations... have different goals, etc.

I like it the way it is, you want it different... Whatever GGS does will make some of us happy and the rest unhappy... right now I am happy and sorry you are unhappy... the tide always changes!

    Happy Farming :)

Note: we can still always harvest manually to control where things go as well... I  do not use the tools exclusively. :)

You have misread about half of what I said. I said the list is priorities for EXCESS, that is, after the barn is full. Filling the barn first was clearly implied.

I clearly said only supply events that have been ACTIVATED. If you have chosen not to start an event, it would obviously be ignored.

Special fruit has no warehouse limit and therefore would never automatically be sent to the ship. I meant the first four cargo holds for normal harvests.

you are correct, you did say excess... I still  would not want products automatically going to events that I have activated nor to the bakery or the ship... I prefer to do this myself when I want to do it. this is my opinion nothing more.

    Happy Farming

Just curious about how many contracts a day do you think you are missing out on by having to hold them in till they are all filled to ship them for the harvester to work the way you want it to? I personally can see were everyone is coming from we all play different ways and can play different amounts of time to the game so it makes Sence that someone that can play a lot would want it to go to contracts because the way you do it would work because you can get enough product to keep it going and for the events you are playing that you have to donate too you play enough for the 1k milk that went to contract or got sold with repeat harvester wont matter to you much because you are playing enough to have finished the other parts fast enough that 7 more hours to finish the donate part is not a big deal but for the ones that can't play much or that dont have big farms that 7 hours or 1 harvest what ever it might be might be the difference between winning and loseing the event so I personally will not be buying the repeate harvester in till they change how it works they need to come up with a way for us to program our own harvested so we can go into a menu and choose how it relocates stuff and then we could change it at any time if your priorities change

to be honest,  don't think  I am missing out on any contracts... I am filling more  now than I ever did! As  for holding that is my choice and I can always change my mind and ship some out if some of the others are going to take a lot longer... my choice, my control.

Please, this all  is just my opinion for how  I play. No matter what happens, and I do understand everyone plays differently, someone will be unhappy... just not possible to please everyone.

I stand by my my opinion and you stand by yours and GGS will do what they want!!! the game changes all the time, rebalancing, etc.

Now with that said, if we could program the turbo and repeat harvesters to direct product how each of us wants... have at it... add a list of things where you think all should go and then I or you could choose where we want it, when we want it. How is that for a suggestion?

    Happy Farming
