Max producible units from Windmill

Hi Guys,
 I have upgraded the windmill to level 9. The info says I can produce maximum of 1860 units, but I don't see which one is it. I can only produce max of 320 feed and 960 goldfish feed. The concentrated pellets are also not much. Can anyone please clarify this. Thank you.

    Oops. Sorry, just figured out it is for the goldfish flakes during Goldfish Rescue Event.
