Jinkies! And I see you @Data King (US1) are reporting the same issue. could you both give me the exact version number of Edge you're using? If you're not sure how to check (or anyone else isn't for that matter):

• Open Microsoft Edge.

• Select Settings and more (...)  in the upper-right corner, and then select Settings.

• Look for your version under About this app.
  

I'd love to get the gals and guys in the office checking this one out. If possible, could you describe the steps that lead up the the cursor changing? something like:
>Load up the game
>When game has loaded, open up email software and click in a space I can type
>Go back to Big Farm
>Cursor is displayed as uppercase 'I'
>Drink cup of tea, thirst quenched! (very important step to describing any bug I'll have you know)

I already have mentioned like 4 to 5 times which Edge I am using, # 44, or am I typing in the wrong Number? , cause that is what I was told the number was also from Microsoft themselves, and I am in the Big Farm game itself working on My farms when the Curser turns from (arrow) to (I) itself, it does not do anything other than just change from Arrow to I that is it, and I am still having a little bit of Lag still as well, but not much lag, and>Cursor is displayed as uppercase 'I', then goes back to (arrow) when I go back into the game from leaving the forums page as well.

This has been going on with RP boosters as well. It's not just a display issue, because when the booster disappears, so does the "boost." Like you said, if you restart, it often comes back, but that can be a problem when time is of the essence, like missions. Hope it gets fixed soon!

@CrazyBigfarm55 (US1) Where are you trying to copy/paste from? I cannot highlight text on the coop info tab, which I think has always been that way, but, in coop chat, I can highlight text, but cannot "right-click - copy", however, I can use CTRL+C to copy & both CTRL=V and right-click paste, to paste - Is it the same for you?

I occasionally have this issue too, randomly my cursor changes from the arrow to the "ready to type" vertical line. It often seems to happen if I type in the chat first and then an ad / offer box appears mid typing. The chat window closes and I am left with the wrong cursor. I find it correct itself, also randomly, sometimes if I change farms or just, after a while. I cannot work out if anything else triggers it or if there are any other patterns.

When someone sends me a message I left-click then drag on their user name to highlight it. Once it's highlighted I right-click and select copy. like shown in the image below. This also worked on the chat window.



When I try the HTML5 I can left-click to drag and highlite, but when I go to right-click and copy the highlited username disapears. The same thing happerom the chat window. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean.

Ctrl + C and Crrl + V works in chat window but not on messages and that is where I need it the most.

Thank you for getting back to me @W@WascallyWabbit and would you please ask them about working this out because it is very important to me. Some user names are imposable to spell corectly without going crosseyed

The past 2 co-p events have finished and i selected the copious cow shed but it defaulted and gave me a dandy duck on both occasions 

ive sent report to support but thought post here as i believe its a html bug 

im running latest version of chrome on html

last night when the CC ended some of my players , 5 until now, choosed to get the COPIOUS COW  but didnt recived it...and i player choosed to recive the GOLDEN BOX and instead of it got the COW...
has anyone else have this touble, and please GGS can you make something so my players get what they deserve for theis hard work during the last CC

This has unfortunately been happening for some players since the Copious Cow was introduced to the game.
Ask your players to each do a ticket - Support will fix it for them.

@darren24 (GB1) I agree, it does appear to be an HTML bug & you were right to do a ticket, Support should fix that for you.

Players in my coop who were playing in HTML5 and who selected a cowshed as one of the final rewards of this last CC, did not receive the cowshed. Every player is going to send tickets to support and hopefully support will be able to sort this mess

There has been a similar problem with the previous coop event, coop HWE, at least two players in my coop who selected to receive the cowshed as reward did not get it. Again the problem seems linked to the use of HTML5

EDIT:   3 players  mentioned in chat that support added the cowsheds to their accounts, this problem is being fixed very fast ! Thanks :-)

I have the same case. I did not get Copious cow shed. I've sent a message to GGS support and I hope we can get this cow.

We might have to wait after the weekend, but I am confident it will be sorted Jan. I have a list of 11 players not receiving the cowshed they selected (including you).  

We also have a number of players who don't speak English and I have no idea if any of them was affected by this problem

My players wrote to SUPPORT also in the prelast CC , when they didnt got the cow, so this is the second time..same players same problem. and still no response from the support. i really hope this time it will be better.

@amber3 (INT1) As you can see from other posts here, Support are working through these reward issues, so hopefully they will get to your members soon,  the reason that it is the "same players" is most likely that they were playing on HTML, as that appears to be where the problem is occurring.

All they can do, is make sure that their tickets have all the info needed, so that Support can deal with them quickly, especially if they are claiming for more than one event. If they did not do that, they can reply to the auto-response email that they got & add more info, similar to this:

• Name of the event & when it ended
• Name of coop
• Which mode was played (if your coop is in gold league)
• Final rank of coop (& player if you are missing individual rewards)
• Rewards received (if any)
• Rewards that should have been received

in the last2 coop events , i beleve it was a hw and a ck we are able to select a gift
like the big duck stable big cow stable or a gold box and a few more things
ever sinds the big cowstable is added to that list i dont get what i did actually select
it is giving me the large cowstable even tho in the past2 events i did select the gold box 
haha now i have 2 extra large cowstables i probably am not going to use 
no biggy but would be nice to get what i actually choose

My game is opening automatically to HTML, & then crashing every few seconds, or when switching farms, or when trying to open something like market. Altogether making it impossible to play at all, & forcing me to switch to flash manually every time. I am usuing chrome. Please fix this issue.

The thing I find annoying is when I am using the HTML version and am trying to type a message or chat the cursor jumps back into another part of the sentence.  I am not sure why it does that, but I never used to have troubles with typing things before in the flash version.  Oh yes, I'd make a typo here and there and need to make corrections, but to have the cursor jump back into the middle of the sentence while I am still typing or correcting the spelling of a word is very annoying.  Is GGS team aware of this little bug?

@guinevere919 (NL1) This is an issue affecting many players & support are sorting it out, so you will need to do a ticket (see the post above yours) & give clear info about each event that you are claiming for.

I am still having problems with the Curser turning into the ( I ) in the HTML, is that Ever going to be fixed, or do I just have to count My losses as to not being able to click on things in time due to My curser not being a (Arrow), and trying to find the ( I ) on My map?
