    If you are a participant of the quiz, would reaching the goal greatly reduce the chance of winning because the community members would get most or all of the rewards.  There are much more community members than quiz takers which means a higher chance for them to win.  Many members of a server have either quit the game, forgot the password, or created accounts without playing them.

    @dchen1 (US1)  Only players who had a valid entry in at least 1 of the 3 quizzes (4 correct answers) were eligible to be one of the 11 winners in the draw. If our Community (EN forum) had not scored a goal, then we would not have been entered into the additional draw for 11 players to get the goodie bags, which, as it turns out, we had 4 winners of those. :) Plus our 11 winners would not have won the last set of rewards.
