A general tweet saying that the "Horse Trainer is Coming" showed up when the horse trainer did. Not particularly helpful.
Last year, the entire weekend schedule was tweeted and available here in the forum. Looks like that's what our trusty mods were told, too. Somebody really needs to get their act together at GGS.
ALSO, GGS, and this is important. The boosters used to run 1.5 hours so you could have two sessions if you hit it right. Just sayin'. ..

I'm sorry for giving a misleading statement regarding the weekend boosters ... am beginning to think it might be best to refrain from making any statements whatsoever
However, it was already Friday morning in Central European Time when the first booster arrived, even if it was not so in your neck of the woods or mine.
And, from experience, I feel it safe to say that the boosters have always included the Friday part of the weekend as well (albeit maybe later on a Friday than what happened today).
Summer Weekend stuff is usually Friday, Sat, Sun, so no change there, but we have been trying to get the training sessions longer than an hour & we will keep pushing for that, will also ask about improving the Tweets.
As for the length of training sessions, don't know why GGS scaled back except maybe some newbie didn't know what it's supposed to be. Please keep pushing!!
If you could please:
1. Ask them to restore the length of sessions to 1.5 hours.
2. Return to last year's communications where the entire schedule, including dates and times, were posted/Tweeted.
3. Have the horse trainer show up multiple times each day like before.
Once or twice, when there was a problem, we were given a glorious 24 hours of uninterrupted horse training. I would hope they would consider this as compensation for 3 weeks of seriously nerfing what used to be a good event.
As it is now, many have chosen to halt all horse training for 3 days each week because we don't want our horses unavailable for 4-hour stretches in case the trainer does show up when we just happen to be online.
Thank you so much!
