I've got the greatest idea !

At the fishing-area : 
Try displaying the time of the FIRST boat that comes in.
At the flower-farm ; 
Try displaying the time of the first thing that's finished.

I mean, WITHOUT refreshing Farm each time you unload a boat.

I will tell you a secret… It IS possible.
