Farms Ending Without Enough Notification To Players

I am disturbed to find a farm ended that I had expended time in developing.  I did not see a notice...although there are so many pop ups about buying gold and such that maybe I "missed" it?     My cooperative team leader told me after the fact that the notice of Candyland ending was on the World Clock.  Honestly, until now I didn't pay much attention to that Icon.  However, even though I may claim ignorance of all the notices on a World Clock....I still believe that there should be at least one reminder that a farm is ending.

All the temp farms are very short lived.  There is usually something in game that show up as to how long you have left.
  • with the candy farm you have to go to the world map to find out how much time you have left...it was very annoying not having it on the farm itself

It is not possible to tell how many hours if there is more than 1 day left.  The hours are needed to decide whether to upgrade a building or to stay on production.

Agree 100%, I really dislike all this travelling around.  When I first started playing, everything could be accessed from the main farm.  Now you have to click one farm to activate tractors, another farm tor dec tower, another for greenhouse and ship then the world map to find out how much time is left on temporary farms.  I've lost count of the number of times I have to refresh my game whilst playing because all this travelling slows everything down.

Agree with all of you.  One of the reasons I quit doing temp farms.
  • I agree whole heartedly....I won't be doing temp games in the future.  When I started playing Big Farm there weren't as many different farms and now that they are interlaced it's becoming more difficult to keep up.  However, I may be one of few that does not buy gold.  I'm at Level 84 the "hard" way.

I don't buy gold, either.  I loved the temp farms ... new challenge and strategies.  But the shortened duration rendered it not so enjoyable. When you consider the initial build up time needed, and the several days dismantle time, it didn't leave much for playing and enjoying the actual farming. And, with everything else going on, all interwoven as you say, who has time to sit here and babysit a game all day?
