    They need to log out and chose their country server and log back in.  The test server was opened during the last update, most likely by accident or there would have been an announcement.

    LOL so as i have got no response concerning the change on my barn in here , i went to send a bug file to support
    and when i try to send it off this is the message i get :
    Your message could not be delivered due to technical problems. Please try again in a few minutes

    I really feel sorry for the devs they must have a hell of a challenge
    So have the players
    .My coop has totally lost the competition spark. 
    We lost interest in all the competitions in the marketplace now
    I think it's a good thing, its relaxed and we have fun playing the things we know for sure are working and have time to help the newer ones finding out details in the game .
    I have time to play with the decor which i hardly never have

    Well I have to agree with most who have given feedback here about the compensation. It's pretty weak ...I have no use for the winter skin theme; it burns my worn eyes as well. I can only take a couple hours early in the day, get to work, and pop-back in for a 4 hour rotation with the pups etc. The winter scene is nice and all that but my eyes would prefer an option with the snow scene. I like to play on the lush green farm to avoid the cold winter. And with the garden all bedded down and crops in furrow, I have more time to enjoy the game thru winter months (hah!) And one most important thing you are not considering... GOLD used is hard CASH purchase and I expect service & goods when I can afford to invest and buy Gold. It's a luxury item to pay for entertainment, especially with people having to work so much these days for that little bit to get by. That's my view anyway. Appreciate the effort and information.

    Oh yes...on the positive side. I see some suggestions have been recognized. I DO like the way the goods are grouped eg. the 'edge plants' are all together for planning your planting to fill the Village Boat. I can't see doing the Co-Op Championship with planting goods for the Christmas Event and trying to fill the Village Boat while keeping up with tasks and Farm Management projects to keep your cash supply. You go though a lot of cash with the fishing if you want to benefit withe the Fish Bowl thing.

    I'll rephrase, only to complete I need 21 more apples harvests or 63 hours in next 72 hours. who ever done the math did consider us human beings which have strange needs such sleeping?

    Didn't work for me.  Some got the skins, some didn't.  I'm glad it worked for you.

    I just see it in paint tab showing place but have not tried to place yet so don't know if it actually places or not just that it shows it's there. Guess I need to check on to see if there still.

    it seems that only some items were sent out in today's compensation package even though it was supposed to duplicate the original - for somethings yes other things nope nope nope! didn't receive

    This mean the 2 Gold chest were given to your account but it shows 4. This is a display error. Refresh your page the extra 2 chest display error will go away and it will be back to normal.

    I only had 2 gold mystery boxes as you can notice in the image. same has happened to the silver mystery box as well

    Yes I spotted that one.  NO shock to me though.  GG is so good at finding ways to get people to slip up. I could see someone thinking oh this is my prize and clicking without looking close.  POOF 13,000 gold gone.
    THIS is exactly why I will never spend real money here.  This and all the glitches.


    Speaking of which, many have been posted.  Just todays summery of mine.

    Seems two farms got too many gift packages.  And TRY to use something you really shouldn't have got only brings up an error.  I don't know if, when, or how GG will fix this.  Be nice to know what I actually have and what is a ghost.

    One farm (the one I log in here with)  the CC actually started, but how would anyone know?  The tent was missing.  I did spot the twins, and the event wheel, but no CC tent.   Until just AFTER I harvested everything and was about to go about my day when one of the prizes we all get flashed on the screen.   And viola, the tent appeared.   It was already visible on my other two farms.
    So a whole mornings worth of stuff that could have gone towards a mission, wasted.
    (sigh, what else is new.)

    camping event.  Since the last event, where I picked all hard prizes (no way no how, couldn't even get close, especially since every time I go to play there is down time coming.  Gave up early.)
    Anyway, I picked low levels.  Second lowest on all three farms.    One got all the sticks with the first harvest of cherries.   But the next two?   Seriously?  TWO cherry orchards and six apple and all I get are 10 sticks?
    I really wish GG would fix these to be SET amounts.  Not random.  At least we have a chance to figure out just how much, how often etc we need to play to maybe reach a goal.   That last event, three days and I could not find enough crumbs.   Gave up.  These are rapidly becoming NOT FUN.  And they were once my favorite things.



    I did find the apple orchard gift.  (Again GG thanks, some may not think the gifts are enough, and for some they probably fall short.  But I'm delighted.)

    However, it needs 4 workers.  I hate to waste space on a new house when so many of mine can still be upgraded, WHERE oh WHERE is that lazy good for nothing drunken architect???? Get the egg not out of his hand and get him back on the job.  Holidays aren't here yet. He has houses to build!

    I got him.  He's busy with houses on all three farms.  I might actually get to try those new apple orchards.  Might have to part with some decor though.  :(

    I have him busily working on a barn.  Need to upgrade my houses, though, but I doubt he'll be around long enough.  People keep asking for him to show up more often....I just need him to stay longer!

    This is why some coops are skipping this event and just having a stress-free holiday.  Honestly, look at the final reward, should you be so lucky to win it.  Worth it?
    -We wanted to work together and play it. It wasn't about the value of the prize... We did consider not playing but some like this event and want to try. I believe they made an error here and meant it to be more fair but failed to take in to consideration the reduced time for chapter 3. I do understand this is yet another error by the team but I am not ready to stop playing or trying...
    Our co-op decided to try for it but we can't help each other complete since GGS put impossible quantities of items in short amount of time given on list (suppose to decrease quantities not time) & we are using all our possible goodies to help each other complete our own items but each 1 of us has at least 1 item that can't be obtained. They tried to fix by compensation which wasn't bad but goofed & went backwards when they restarted Santa's Wish List - Good Luck to those trying & congrats to those that succeed.

    Yeah, I get that the weeks are supposed to get harder, but why shorten the days to complete by half? That's just guaranteeing a failure for any small groups that aren't well developed. This, this is just disgusting now. Great compensation, but lousy launch for the third chapter of xmas list. Let's hope that weeks 4 and 5 aren't this bad once put out there.

    I have said this before, Just stop running this Christmas event.  It makes everyone mad at one another.  Now we have gone through that part, and landed on the bonus portion, it was over 1.2 million cabbage.  These numbers are absurd.

    The original version of this event had a "Last Chance Sunday"  If you cannot (or won't) go back to that version, then please throw this event out.......forthwith!

    Our coop finally got through our lists and the bonus stage wants wheat.  389,923 wheat for 37 coop members.  That would mean growing 6 hour wheat non-stop for every single coop member and 3 are out right now.  Would cost 116,979,900 in farm cash to buy the wheat for ONE point.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  We also have the goldfish event as well as the CC, we cannot tie up our fields like that.  GGS really needs to get a clue and understand this is the holiday season.  This is supposed to be fun and entertaining ... NOT a full-time job.   I think they forgot to activate the 25% less.
    Our coop has decided to opt out.

    I think the end reward for Santas wishlist event is ridiculous. All that stress and drama over a few low happiness valued decorations? Make all happiness values of each chapter combine into the one decoration (200 happiness approx) and this event might actually be worth doing. Goldfish rescue event also suffers from this problem...the rewards simply are not worth the cost to play it. Another thing.........WWC points still being offered as a reward in the CC....why????? Is it laziness? lack of imagination? An innocent error? Seems like such a silly mistake to make.

    Is it true that the food truck weekly event requires you to donate poplar which you can only do if you are in a cooperative? So a player that is not in a cooperative will not be able to complete this weekly event? Or will they get a different weekly event instead?

    My second post. And im scared of Good Game Studios.

    I thought Big Farm was a fun game. I was wong.
    Im so happy now that I waited before spending all my money buying gold from Good Game Studios.
    My Mother left me 2Million $ when she died. She knows that I love gaming online. She told me to not use it all and waste it.

    So, I bought a car and a house. And a pet pig. His name is Fred.
    Anyway, I have 500 thousand $ left. And I was gonna play this game and buy gold. To win competitions and look like a good player with a small farm.

    And than I accidently saw this Forum. And now i know.
    Im not spending my Moms money here. It seems like Good Game Studios is not a nice company. It seems like they are cheating people. Making them waste money on buying there gold and making players unhappy.

    I want to be amongst happy players. No point in me being miserable too like most of you who feel cheated by Good Game Studios.

    Well I for one would like to say Thank You GG but now when planting roses or sunflowers  or any flower  they go missing . no where to be found , after they are pop . not even the gold seeds are working .  so the lost is great . what will be done with all that?like people say if it's not broken  Don't fix it . turn back the hands of time and leave it alone . Thank You

    They have moved the event flowers and gold flowers to the 5th or 6th tab of Field crops in Inventory under Farm management. It is lined up as regular crops from all 3 farms, then green house fruits and then the event flowers.
