Announcement - Important info about Christmas Preparations Event

Hi Big Farmers!

We need to stop the Christmas Preparations event because it's currently creating heavy problems for the servers. The event will be restarted at a later point (not yet defined) from an adjusted version of chapter 2. Compensation in under discussion and will be communicated once it's defined.

    LT1 & SKN1 (& HU1) servers should be back in action now. :)

    Hi again all,

    We have some news but nothing is set in stone yet, it is going to be discussed further tomorrow & we will be able to announce the final decisions after that.

    So the possibilities are: 
    That the event will not be restarted until next week - unless it is miraculously fixed tomorrow (very unlikely). 
    That there is also a chance it will not be back at all. 
    That if it does come back, it might start from either week 2 or week 3 
    That the compensation may include 1 or 2 of the decos, along with other things.

    Things that are definite are: 
    That the Xmas event will not be restarting today.
    That Steve should not only be on some farms but not others, so he will be back next week. 
    That the missing Fertile Gardens should reappear with the next update.
    That no one knows why Santa's Postbox deco is not in the build menu or where it has gone lol - We are still looking for it :)

    Morning All, 

    Further update for you as promised:

    The Christmas Preparations Event definitely won't restart today.
    If we get everything fixed, it will restart with chapter 3 on Wednesday.
    All the compensation will be credited on Wednesday as well.
    The details of the compensation will come next week.


    Additional News:
    Several of you have asked about the exclamation mark bubbles on the events (They started to come back after changing farms & have been annoying you) - They have been fixed & the fix will be added to the live servers in the next update. :)
