Happy Hour Loyalty Bonus

I missed one happy hour on Tuesday.  Have made all the rest, including this morning.  My Loyalty bonus is only 12%.  Shouldn't it be 18%?   Anyone know how they are figuring the bonus, I thought it was 2% per segment.  But perhaps if you miss one it wipes out the entire day??

If you miss one on any given day, it does wipe out the entire day, unfortunately.
