HWEF date/start time -- US date/time

I searched, and can't remember where I saw it posted.  And as I also get confused which day they consider midnight, could some kind soul help a farmer out?

In US terms -- date and time -- when does the Hard Worker Fishing Event Start?  I seem to get it wrong every time.

    Last I heard it was midnight Central European Time on Wednesday 11/22/17

    I believe this translates into 6pm Eastern Time on Tuesday 11/21/17
    Central would be 5pm
    Mountain would be 4pm and
    Pacific would be 3pm
