My Windmill is full of gold fish pellets and I cannot get them out.

I had suggested, since there are no fish actually IN the pond yet, and won't be until this event is over, that everyone should stop dumping pellets into the pond. Make them sure, then hold off until at least the day the event ends.
But I don't know for sure if this matters or not.
So… can we unload our pellets into the pond now? Or do they vanish because that aspect of the game isn't ready?
I see someone just posted their windmill is stuck because there are too many pellets. Now I'm afraid to make any.
I can't see (yet) if there is a way to tell if the pond has enough food for a given period of time like it does with the fishbowl. Possibly because right now there are no fish in it???
Can we get some clarification on this please?
Yes Artmaker, I cannot unload the windmill because supposedly the "barn is full, sell 4 pellets", but it won't let you sell any, see my picture above and below.
Can we please have an answer real quick now. The whole game and comp become valueless if we cannot use the Windmill on the main farm.
If it's bait, you have no choice but to use it until you can gather the awaiting bait in windmill.
Those aren't pellets, that's Bait.
The only way you'll be able to harvest your Windmill is to USE the Bait in the Fishing Mini-game and catch some goldfish. Catching 5 Goldfish with bait should allow you to harvest your windmill.
You can't exceed 20 bait in your inventory, and you can't sell it; it has to be used.
Thanks, that sounds hopeful. I have tried to do that, but I don't know where to get that bait into the fishing area. BTW what is the fishing "mini-game"?
Thank you so much, Southern. You gave me the solution with the gold fish bait. I now managed to empty my windmill and I am away!

Pick GO FISHING Do NOT SEND him. Do NOT use a boat (flower farm only.)
GO fishing.
That brings up the mini game.
BUT you have to first click his tackle box and make sure you put the goldfish bait in his tackle box.
Then in the mini game you'll get the option to use the bait and poof, goldfish appear.
(Good luck dropping a hook by one and not getting some other hungry pig bite it.)
But even if you just use up some bait, make the fish appear, even if you don't catch them I'd imagine it should clear up your mill.
Then again, my mill has gotten stuck like that even before the fishing thing started. Sometimes other buildings too. Need to sell, can't sell… Usually rebooting the game clears it.
You can produce & use bait to catch fish yourself or you can send Oleg to catch them (or do both) & when you make goldfish flakes, they automatically go to the bowl to feed your fish.
You can also produce goldfish pellets ready for the end of the event when your fish will go to the village pond & you can use your pellets to feed them there.
Αnd what about the rewards about the WOF in the 5 first places that no one took them?
