I have THOUSANDS of lobsters,swordfish,herring and tuna. Granted, if selling them directly, they are worth the most. But, since oysters and clams are the bottle necks for the contracts, I am much more careful of how I use them.
Just an opinion.
We now get all types of event flower seeds, not just rose and violet, and all of them are 500,000 (rose, violet, sunflower, water lily, etc)
They have added seaweed humus, value is 3,800,000
and added seaweed greenhouse humus, value 3,000,000
I no longer get any contracts for super duck feed, rakes or brushes so I can not comment on those, they might be obsolete in contracts.
The following are adjustments. These are the current value when the extra item is the only one offered in the contract;
WoF token is 2,300,000
water is 190,000
seaweed feed is 150,000
super liquid fert is 31,000
seaweed fert is 500,000
When the contract offers 2 or more extra items, then the value of these are decreased. The decreased value has varied, and I have not attempted to figure how they determine/calculate these different values. However, any & all of the decreased values are closer to the # in Southern's chart above, again - this is just when combined with other items, such as 1 contract pays in cash, and water, and super liquid fert.
On a related note, someone posted the following about ordinary contracts (from the Organics Market, not the Fishing Market) in the BF Discord Server. Maybe this isn't relevant to this topic, but it also raises the question if experience affects the Fishing Market contract values like it reportedly does for the Organics Market.
I'm not sure how to respond to the question about experience affecting the markets. Perhaps I am not reading that note from discord the same way, or understanding your question - but I don't see where the note says game experience affects the contracts. Here is some additional explanation, I hope something in here helps answer it;
The last I ever heard, was that the organic market pays 5% over the barn value, but this is not something I have tested to be able to confirm or not.
If a contract pays in cash only, it should be a mark-up of 5%. However, any item offered for trade in addition to the cash, has a contract cash value, so the amount of cash they offer is reduced by the value of that item - so the total value of what you are receiving for the items you give, will remain the same. But, this has nothing to do with experience*, it's the same across the board.
The higher the level of the contract (levels are earned by filling more of them), give a bonus % up to a max** of 25% for a level 99 contract, so that's like free cash (or whatever items are being offered in addition to or in replace of cash)
Upgrading Lester's Secret Stash lets you fill the contract with less items, so increases the profit that way.
*perhaps by 'experience' you meant 'experience points (XP)? They, like anything else that might be offered in addition to cash for a contract, have a contract value placed on them by GGS. So, you will always get the same value for your items, just sometimes that value is paid 100% in cash, and other times for cash and something else.
For example, if you have a contract that asks for 220 cod, based on the chart above, if that contract pays in cash only, you would get $2,310,000 (10,500 * 220)
But if the contract asks for 220 cod and pays in cash and 1 WoF token, since the token value is 2,300,000, you would only get 10,000 cash
If the contract asks for 220 cod and pays in cash plus 10,000 fishing XP, then you would get 2,210,000 cash plus the XP (10,000 * 10 = 100,000 = the cash value of the XP)
**note: The only way to get a higher level contract is to buy a certain subscription package, but I am not familiar with which one, nor what potential increase there is from it. Without any subscription, the max is Level 99 for a bonus of 25%.
