Bouncing Circle

When I harvest, the circle bounces around and harvests other things, such as pig,s, cowsheds, eggs, etc.  I've tried organizing my farm to see if i helped but it didn't.  I don't want things harvested until I"m ready for them.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Never saw anything like that on my farm. Can you try to remember what you did before it apeared?

It is just lag, circle moves slowly ( kinda 'hiccups' as you move your mouse) and sometimes it harvests things you don't want it to. Happens to me a lot too.
  • It has happened to me SEVERAL times today.....probably one of the most frustrating things to me..... :(
  • Yes, get that quite often; just move a bit slower when there is lag.
  • Thanks for the responses.  Hate to see that others are frustrated by it.  It's now several weeks later and I still have the problem with a bouncing circle.  Isn't there a way to over-ride the other buildings? With layers, it wouldn't happen.  I used to program using html, which is pretty much obsolete now, but one could use layers.

HTML is not obsolete and never will be. It is your basic structure. It has evolved and become more developed and some elements have been depreciated but is like a cockroach and will live forever. Some say XHTML is a replacement of html, but it is merely a mirrored image or extention of HTML; it still uses the same basic elements. HTML is the core language of the World Wide Web and is to widespread to even try to replace.
This is an analogy I found a long time ago when I first started school for programming to keep things in perspective:
Imagine a website as a house.
The HTML (or XHTML) forms the structure of the house; the bricks and cement. Without this you would have nothing.
CSS is the paint; which makes everything look nice and keeps everything in its proper place.
Things like SQL could be seen as the closets and storage cupboards for data.
Javascript, Python, and other various programming languages are like the appliances which do fancy things. Or they can be considered like the family lawyer, who knows the in and outs of things and all the shortcuts and can get things done.

What you are experiencing is lag.  The best ways to remedy this on your end is to clear your flash cache often as well as your history.  It is also very helpful to shut down your computer once or twice a day.  This will free up memory and will help a bit.
