Shorter Construction time booster not working on Temporary farm

I came in top 5 for S-S-S and reward is suppose to be half build time for 1 day.  I just started upgrade onn Island farm and it is not effected.   WHY??????

Also production time is not halved either.

Where does it say build time and production 50% will not be on Temp farms.

I am only building on Island farm ATM, I want my tokens back, it took a lot to get to top 5 all to be wasted.

@WascallyWabbit I am now half way through my 50% build time and still no response from anyone.

Why do I not have 50% off my build times on Temp farm from the school event when I came in top 5?

Looks like I am going to get nothing from this at all.

Hopefully someone will get back to you soon, but I don't think these sort of rewards work on the temp farms .

The description said 50% upgrade and building time.  Temp farm takes build slot, so should include building and upgrade on temp farm otherwise it is useless prize for large farm that have no more upgrade on perm farms

Then what is the use to large farm that have finished all upgrades on permanent farm? 

Another non prize for long term players.  This means the NEW S-S-S is even more worthless.  I will never be playing it again as the is no point, my farms have been finished for over 1 year.

It'll be useful again, remember there's a 4th permanent farm coming sometime around the end of summer.

fishing region is the 4th permanent farm, I believe and all my 14 trawlers are lvl6.

I hope I am wrong there, but that was my thought

@WascallyWabbit can we also get confirmation if fishing region is 4th permanent farm, or is it still to come?

The fishing region isn't the 4th permanent farm.

They also talk about the Fishing Region in there, along with the "Volcanic Island" (THAT will probably be the 4th farm).

@Southern (US1)  thanks for that.  That will keep my farm busy building for about 2months  Then my income will increase to about $200M per day.  Then I will be back to same place as I am now.  So for 2 months I will need the 50% build time reduction then wont need it again.  Unless of course it works on Temp farms.  Not worried about the 50% reduction in production time.  It is only the build time I was after and now useless.  If no good for Temp farms that should be stated.  But in Description all it states is 50% reduction in time for production and building.  No where does it say except temp farms.

Yes, it should have been stated clearly that temp farms were exempt.  I feel your frustration, but most of these kinds of things have never worked on temp farms, and it shouldn't really be a surprise to long-time players that this reward was any different. 

You obviously have done an incredible job in maxing out your farm, and now have very little new content to look forward to.  Maybe you could put BF on the back burner temporarily, and start something new with another building game that will keep you happily occupied until the game can catch up with you. There comes a time in any game like this when it reaches a stage where rapid expansion just isn't possible without causing major problems.

@Byron Longford (AU1) The 4th farm is still to come, I believe it is hiding in the fog on the map screen  (top right) & from various things that have been posted, such a comment on a GGS blog, rumour has it, that it will be a volcanic island, though of course that could all be a decoy to throw us off the scent.

As for the boosters, unfortunately, no they do not work on temporary farms & you are correct that the text did not say that & the techs have raised a ticket for that. Whether that results in them working on temporary farms or the text being corrected I do not know. If you have suffered a loss as a result, all I can suggest is contacting support, maybe they will help.
