Ahh spring, don't you just love the smell of fresh blossom? Look how full of colour everything is!
For the next update, we’re bringing you a new event and some other changes! Keep reading to find out more.
New Event - Japanese Golden Week!
This event will work just like the one for St.Patrick’s Day, except, this time, a Japanese mischievous Tanuki is the main character and will visit your farms (Any resemblance to our beloved Rowdy mod is pure coincidence 
). Be careful because he loves to prank on your buildings! If you manage to find the culprit on your farm you will fix the building and get great rewards!
The event will start on the April 26th (at 3am CEST) and end on the May 7th (at 2.59pm CEST), which is over a day longer than St.Patrick’s, while being easier to gain more happiness and village happiness on your deco. Are you excited? Get ready!
How does it work?
- During this event you have to collect 2 types of pellets. Each pellet will increase the happiness of a decoration, personal happiness and village happiness.
(NHP) Normal Happiness points: Individual Pellets - influence the amount of normal happiness the deco will have; influenced by individual activity only.
(VHP) Village Happiness points: Coop Pellets - the amount collected by the whole coop influences the amount of village happiness the deco has. The deco will have the same amount of village happiness for every member of the coop, no matter what your ipersonal contribution is.
The collection pellets will drop on the 3 main farms, but ONLY in fields, gardens & meadows.
In addition harvesting will result in a lucky coin drop. These lucky coins can be used in a special Big Farm Deals Event where the players can purchase special rewards.
In order to remove the negative effect from your building, you’ll need to finish the production or find the hidden Tanuki on your farm.
Once you find the Tanuki, he will present you with 3 Darumas and ask you to choose one!
One will start the negative effect on another building (the previous one is removed by finding the Tanuki).
One will contain a small booster (+100% production for one production cycle).
One will contain a random amount of event collectibles (either individual pellets or lucky coins) or even a small amount of gold.
Rewards
All users will receive a decoration with normal happiness, determined by how many individual pellets they have collected, and Village Happiness based on how many coop pellets the entire coop has collected (max. happiness values 119 NHP and 59 VHP)
There will also be a ranking based on the number of individual pellets collected.
TOP 777 players will receive a flag
TOP 77 additionally will receive 1 Gold Mystery Box
TOP 7 additionally get a choosable Asian skin (Cherry blossom barn skin, Komainu house skin, Japanese teahouse house skin) or Asian cat deco with 15 village happiness or Irish chicken coop
- TOP 1 gets awesome 1x1 Racoon decoration (8 NHP / 15 VHP)
There will also be 50 activity rewards!

Other information
As with other events, you’ll have a “Last Chance” to upgrade your decoration with gold if you didn’t have the opportunity to do it during the event by playing actively (this only applies to normal happiness, not village happiness and is way cheaper than during the St. Patrick’s Day Event).
Other changes:
At the start of the event and on 26th, 29th, 3rd, 4th & 5th there will be a double pellet drop booster (fireworks) active from 3am to 3pm CEST.
4x pellet drop boosters will come to the Golden Week Event from the Prime Day / Hotdeals (they didn’t work for St. Patrick’s Day).There will be new content displayed in the Racing Farmer!

Just a reminder that your storage limits will be reinstated with today's update, as planned - A fix for the harvesting bug should also be included.
Any excess products that you have (above your storage limit) will still be there & will remain there until you try to harvest an item that is over its limit, when you will get a pop-up to sell the excess of that item.
