Need to see who contributed to Village League performance

As coop leaders, we need to be able to see who contributed to each of the five items in the Village league basket.

    No thank you!

    No offence Gavin, but IMHO:

This is a game and my cooperative members are used that they may choose whether to participate in an event or not, and it is totally up to them how they want to farm. Everything within my coop is done in consultation. If an event is solely based on cooperation, then we first discuss it and than jointly decide.

One has a job, the other a busy household with children ... they can maybe play a few hours per day. The next one is at home and has perhaps much more time to play. I'm not going to boss over my members as if I were a Kindergarten teacher ...

In the test server, I have learned that those who may be online contribute where they can, and sometimes if possible we discussed who could do what, so that all 5 items would be filled - That worked and that was OK.

But I do not need nor want all these charts & schedules & graphs where can be kept track of who contributed what and verified how much everyone has contributed... no thanks! That would only cause even more competitive behavior and maybe even discontent between members (GGS already put more (far more!) then enough competitive elements and this horrible 'almost-forced-participation'-element in a once so peaceful farming game) ... I refuse to play the control freak over my members ...

This is still just a game - not a payed job, where CEO's can demand 8 or more hours of your time, where bosses can demand you doing more than your utmost, where assessment interviews can determine your future in the company.
No thank you ... I've read many posts here in this forum complaining about BF becoming more of a "job" or "chore" than a fun game ... so I repeat: No thank you!

    Just my 2 cents!  :)

I agree with @Jiesta.  And it's not donations - just harvesting counts.  So all are participating if they are farming.

No, please.  There's enough competitive pressure on this so-called "laid back farming game," without this added daily pressure to produce.  If someone isn't farming enough to your liking, it will show in other ways if you're paying attention.
  • I agree with Gavin.  Now if you are in a co-op that doesn't have goals it is all good and no need for it.  However, The way this game is shaping up a competing co-op will want to evaluate who is helping them reach their goals.

If you want to be able to compete
It doesn't do any good to have 64 slots filled with people if 30 of those members add barely any rep points during challenge, can't get a shovel in projects, or add a certain percentage of items to the Village Champ.
It doesn't make them bad people but a competitive coop will want to have them leave so they can fill the slot with a more active player.  That eases the load off of the other players who are doing more than their fair share.

I know it is difficult because when most of us started this game the only thing we had to worry about were projects and an occasional Co-op Champ but things are changing and we adapt with those changes.
