Praise: Compensation

I already see a couple of negative messages regarding the compensation, therefore a new thread with a praise.

I want to say thank you for the compensation you guys/girls gave us after the issues that could not be foreseen. This was not necessary because it was not GGS's fault, however they gave us some presents that most of us are happy for.

Also a big thanks to wabbit for keeping us updated regarding the issues.

I think it should be halftime booster(harvest and build) instead of W XP booster  for compensation  to catch up Candy Farm and Decoration Event tasks.

GGS just keeps making it better all the time..    and i love being able to rant about things that i would like to see changed.   But the compensation for game bugs have been wonderful.  LOVE them.

There should not have been any issues on US1, AU1 & IN1 (and a couple of other servers not from this forum) because those servers are housed in a different datacenter from the one that had the outage. It was all the European & international servers for all the games that were affected & should all have received the compensation package.

We were told initially that it was everyone & didn't hear for a couple of hours that some were still running, so that may have been where the confusion came from.
