No Valentine Flag !

Greetings, 
I had sent a email to support regarding the fact that I did not get My Valentine Flag after I Finished the Event, it said I would get one just for participating in the Event, I sent the email on the 15th it is now 20th, so why have I not been given a answer as to why I did not get My Flag? I would like to have My Valentine Flag since I did put in the work for it on My Big Farm thank you.

    This may seem obvious, but did you look in the special flag section of your inventory?  Some think the flags go in the deco box.  (Support generally takes a long time to respond, so 5 days is nothing in the scheme of things.)  Hope you find it. :)

    Yes I did look there, and no Valentine Flag to be had, thanks just the same for info.

    Did you actually complete the event? Then you would have been considered "participating" and earned the rewards. One of them being the flag.

    @Blue Denim (US1) If you received the auto-response email with your ticket number on it, that is your confirmation that support received your mail & they will respond to you once they get to your ticket.  

    If you have not received it, check your junk/spam folder & if it is still not there, you should send in another request.

    Did you actually complete the event? Then you would have been considered "participating" and earned the rewards. One of them being the flag. 
    Yes I did the event I event got not 1 but 2 statue Ornaments to prove I did it, I am not going to say I did something when I did not do it, I did do it so I want My flag for it thanks.

    @Blue Denim (US1) If you received the auto-response email with your ticket number on it, that is your confirmation that support received your mail & they will respond to you once they get to your ticket.  

    If you have not received it, check your junk/spam folder & if it is still not there, you should send in another request.
    I got a email saying they did get it, but never heard anything back as of yet, and its been bout a week now or more, so when will I hear from them?

    I got the Dancing Pigs statue and the Hot Air Balloons for 2 swans statue, but did not get My Flag, which I also wanted, so I hope they are going to Fix it and give Me My Flag, cause I did not get it .

     Don't expect an answer or reply any time soon as they are very backed up over a few issues that have happened lately ;) Once you receive your confirmation email from support with the ticket number. You can use that to check the status of your report.

    Well from your posting it sounds as if you did not actually finish this event. To get the flag you had to get the hearts or whatever it was from the fields ect you won the flower cart and flag if you finished.  the pig you got from finding balloons on the farm and the swan hot air balloon was a gift to all players from GGS.  So my guess is you did not complete the one portion of this event.

    Well from your posting it sounds as if you did not actually finish this event. To get the flag you had to get the hearts or whatever it was from the fields ect you won the flower cart and flag if you finished.  the pig you got from finding balloons on the farm and the swan hot air balloon was a gift to all players from GGS.  So my guess is you did not complete the one portion of this event. 
    The only things I saw on My Farms was the balloons, so you mean they had to come from the Fields by growing stuff then right? if so then I am growing stuff left and right on my farms, so no clue why it would not finish, unless they ask to high a number for growing considering the time it takes to grow the stuff, oh well thanks for info, guess I wont ever get that flag then from the sound of it, cause I can not buy gold to help that along like others can, But it did not say anything bout finishing something, it said that I would get the Flag just for participating, so therefore I should of gotten it.

    I still have not gotten a answer bout not getting My Valentine Flag for participating in the event, I sent in My Complaint on the 15th of Feb, it is now March 7th, why is it taking so long to get a answer?

    That is what it said, it did not say anything bout finishing one, but I did finish it I think cause I got 350 out of 350, but I am not here to argue bout it, I just wanted to let them know that I did not get My flag, thanks.

    I am wondering bout something, I got a email saying that they were looking into My problem of not getting My Valentine Flag, But I never heard anything more from them, it has been a very long time, well over a month, I would like to know what the hold up is? and why they have not gotten back to Me bout it, WascallyWabbit ?

    Blue Denim you did not get the flag because you did not finish the event that gave the flag which was getting a gift cart if you have a gift cart you should have gotten the flag. You did the search and hunt and got the cupid pig deco. While this may not be the answer you want it is what was offered to all.

    Where would I find this ticket number you ask for? cause I do not think I got one from the email they sent Me awhile back, I  only know the person that sent it was named Jack I believe.

    @Blue Denim (US1) When you send your mail to support, you should get an auto-response email, usually within a few minutes, saying they received your message & will get back to you - The ticket number is in the subject/title of that email.

    Thank you kindly, I went to get My number and noticed they sent Me a email again, I guess I wont be getting My Flag, which I am not happy bout, but thanks for trying to help just the same.
