Why is my quality 5 "Simple Telescope" corrupted which i got from Santa's workshop?

Recently,i just donated much and got a simple telescope worth happiness value 70 which is of quality 5,i placed it on gourmet farm,but there was no change in production costs and happiness value too.The Landscape architect has no existence of that decoration too.I think that decoration is corrupted or it has no existence in the farm.

Hope i can get a solution for the problem!My attention is to the developers and GGS!

    The telescope is a special deco. Not upgradeable.
    You need to remove your email from your post. Please do not put that personal information on this or any forum. Use the little wheel to the right side of your user name to edit/change posts.

    The telescope with quality 5 is NOT a special deco.
    Not upgradeable deco is ONLY S-Rank deco.
    All the deco which have quality number must be upgradeable, I think.

    That they have a quality level of "5" is probably a bug.  If you look in the Deco Tower (27th floor), you'll see that the Telescopes should be S-Rank. Probably hard-coded in Greta not to be upgradable.
