Suggestion: Tools and Water
1. With water soon we will need water for Mermaid Bay recipes as well, but we can only still hold 250, if you use 100 every 2hrs then the 250 will not be enough for storage
2. Every time we get water or tools as rewards it is really a none prize as it puts most of us past the max and then your farms stops giving you any until we go below max. No use getting water or tools as reward in NPNG or CC or anything else.
Easy solution just remove limit on how much you can store of these as the case with dung, premium, seaweed and super items and fish.

I find that the limit of 250 drops of water is obsolete, and because of such limit we lose precious water we could collect and store
The 250 drop limit was probably more appropriate one year ago. Now we have larger farms, more powerful production buildings, and we collect more water especially from building like mills and silos upgraded to their top levels
We also receive water (among other prizes) from events, not to mention some hot deals which include water drops in the package. Once we receive water via events etc, we pass the 250 limit and until the water is used and we have again less than 250 drops in storage, we will not collect any more water from our own buildings. Somehow we lose again what we gained during the event, unless used right away, not a very valuable prize then
The limit should be at least quadrupled to allow to collect from the farms without having to check first. The best option would be to remove the limit completely and allow to collect and store water freely

I am not sure about your farms, but my farms produce more water than I can use with my 2 nurseries, which are constantly in use, and neither of the 2 nurseries is fully upgraded, the water is the main reason I have no need to upgrade them.
So you see I am stuck between speeding the nurseries with gold to use all the water of lose water when my limit is reached, and this situation has really nothing to do with strategy has it now ?
The limit is obsolete, it was probably more or less appropriate when the farms were smaller, an the buildings upgraded to a lower level, now it's no longer the case at least not for top level players

You can see it for yourself whenever you have 250 water drops in storage: collect from your silo, and then from your mills, and composters. Then you will see that you will collect everything except water. Your buildings will give no water. That is water that it's lost, not lost in the sense you had it and now are missing it, but in the sense you would gain it but can't because of the limit.
Why do I want more water ? Because it's mine to have, and because if it wasn't for the limit I could have more in storage and have the freedom to use it all at once whenever I plan to.
And because it is absolute nonsense to have a farm that produces more water than I am allowed to store by a limit which is obsolete, and its there for no reason, not anymore. The game evolves, but some parts of the game are left unattended, forgotten, and the water limit is one of them
Thanks for mentioning it @Byron Longford (AU1) I didn't see your thread. Maybe the MODs will think if better to merge the two together.
I agree on what you said about removing the limit for tools as well, if I had a chance to store more tools I would use them differently than I do
I would like to be able to have the ability to have increased storage space for breeding seeds used at the nursery and also for tools. I understand these would come at a cost.
My suggestion is to have 5 library boost levels for increased storage for each one, separate boosts of course.
Levels could go:
Breeding seeds, +3, +8, +15, +25, +40
Tools, +5, +15, +35, +65, +100
Water, +30, +70, +120, +180, +250
The suggested maximum of each is double the original storage space.
