@Rose1979 (US1) It will be for a farm that you have not logged into for some time, possibly the test server. You should not need to go there from the email link to get the reward, if you just login in the usual way from the screen (set to the correct server) you should see a pop-up for the gold when you get in.

are you logging into the test server?  It will default to US automatically so you have to select Test Server manually.  But, remember the gold is for that server and not for your US server farm.

Also if the email is too old it will not work. I believe most gifts from GGS are only good for a week to 10 days. Double check the date you got it
