P.s.    so far it seems that all bait works this way...........For the mahimahi task for George........I tried renting the WAY OVERLY EXPENSIVE boat, and actually got to catch ONE, before it took the boat away from me!!  I decided to try the mahimahi bait........and yep, been fishin'em off the pier on Flower Farm..........almost done..........but those little boogers are hard to catch!!  You'll need a good pole and reel, and at least a monofilament line of some kind..........so far, the thin has worked pretty good for me..........but they like to "play" a little as you reel'em in.........watch your tension meter!!  Good Luck

Cause it's a bug, not a feature. The whole minigame freezes, you can't do anything in there unless you restart it.

Click Oleg, on option circle click bottom one "go fishing". That's what they mean. The other possible option is "Send Oleg" instead - right position on option circle.

I am getting a bit cheesed off with this now ! I get catfish by using bait, then no line, come out and back in, and poof, catfish swam away !! I am losing dollars with wasting catfish bait ! It's about time we had a decent fix for this !! Will GGS please listen to us??

They are one of the default fish at the dock on the Flower Farm.  If you equip and use the bluefish bait, you can fish for them anywhere.

Getting this error message on all farms and when I try to use the boat.  Wasn't this one of the bugs that was supposed to be fixed?????

I had the same problem. But I think I have an idea why the "invisible line" occurs ... or better said, when. It happened twice for me. Always when in background is assigned a new mission. I have started search for new mission, then going to fish ... while fishing, new mission is assigned (in background)  and ... no more fishing .

Or maybe occurs also when a mission is finished while fishing (and that pop-up window with mission ranks is displayed in background).

Maybe anyone else can reproduce this ?! 

@ Dami2008 the invisible line for me happens even without missions.

yeah doesnt seem to be happening with any kind of pattern. I try closing the screen and reentering from the tackle box and sometimes that works, sometimes not.

Hi can anyone help??
I am on the catch bluefish task, I found 35/80 on flower farm, but now I cant catch anymore bluefish just getting bonito??
Also I get the no line all the time really annoying.
One more thing any idea how/where we gonna be able to cook the recipes.

Well you make fish dishes at mermaid cafe and when you fish out a spot you can add chum which is you adding it on the side or just wait awhile try again there will be new bluefish.

You can cook recipes as soon as you have the required FXP to level up.

Same problem here - bought the bucket, not showing as completed in the task window.  Still, maybe they'll have it fixed by the time I get to level 25 and can buy the carbon fibre rod to do the other half of the task!

@star_xx71 (GB1) You should be getting bluefish & bonito on your flower farm. If you're not getting both, try clicking on the address bar & pressing CTRL + F5 or clearing your cache to see if that fixes it. The problem with no line is a bug & will hopefully be fixed soon.

The will become available once you reach level 15 and it is found on your flower farm near Oleg

Large Bucket purchase bug - noticed something weird today when I went to my Tackle box.  Even though I have purchased the large tackle box, this screen shows I have a Medium bucket. 


So I clicked the little + sign next to the bucket & look what I found!


Now maybe you have a more narrow selection of code to fix!

BUGS STILL NOT FIXED:
Other than the Bucket issue above...
1. Still getting ghost line
2. Still losing equipment...when I have 2 of the same pole in my tackle box, it seems to bleed them both dry as I fish.
3.  OLEG option circle is hard to access on FF & MF....how 'bout moving him???
4.  FXP - be nice to see where we stand.  Annoying only getting to see our rank when OLEG is freed up!
5.  How 'bout some XP or FXP for The Mermaid Bay?
6. HAPPINESS DISCOUNT FOR THE MERMAID BAY!  When I go to cook something up, my happiness discount shows -77% in the upper right of the pop-up box, but I'm still paying full price.
