Undergrowth removal - Bit much?

I was wondering if in excess of 19 hours (?!?!) to remove a single undergrowth on the flower farm was not a tad too much?
Yes growing corn within 5 minutes is amazing and sets expectations quite high, but where one would have expected a few hours to remove bad weeds, 19 hours (?!?!) makes one wonder if the job is done by an army of slugs...
On a serious note, removing undergrowth on the main and gourmet takes approximately 4h40 so why would the flower require 4 times longer? Is it as intended or an overlooked bug?

One more thing to note: I see you have several plots bought at once according to the image. If you do not demolish before buying the next one, the time to demolish all of them will increase. It happens with all farms, also temporal ones. And some times that can mean several hours lost, since the different between demolishing two consecutive plots can be even few hours to start with.
I had a few parcels with undergrowth on both my main and gourmet, but as the time to remove them was 4h40 each, I never thought there still could be an impact on the flower...
Oh I really enjoy learning new tricks after playing for so long
Strangely I would naturally remove undergrowth on a temp farm before purchasing the next parcel but it's been ages since I had the chance to expand my 3 regular farms and it was too tempting purchasing new land before actually making use of it.
