My Co-op (United Farmers) needs urgent help (AU1)

Hello! I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread. I am the Cooperative leader of the United Farmers.

Someone just joined and was immediately promoted to Deputy and then started the project "Cheesed off!". It is on level 2 so we require 21000 milk in 66 hours.

The problem is that there are only 3 people including me in the cooperative. Another problem is that one of them doesn't have a cowshed and the other one only has a level 1 cowshed. I have three level 3 cowsheds and 2 level 1 goat stables, which I don't think will be enough to get 21000 milk in the 2 1/2 days. I am wondering if anyone can possibly give me any ideas on how to complete this mission without using any gold or if anyone can temporarily join to help us complete the mission?

I'd love to help, unfortunately I just got this and with today's schedule it is not the best timing. I can't promise anything but I'll see what I can do, I'm currently in a co-op and want to be with them for the challenge, however I might be able to squeeze something in before then.
