Data King (US1)

First which set of farms are you referring to?? The "test" or the "live" ?? The barn upgrades require you to be a certain player level in order to do them. You can check the little blue "i" to see what level you need to be and how much it cost if you are not at that level.

RunsWivScissors (GB1)

It says above the picture on the right that it unlocks at level 31, so that is when the price will be the lowest.
