Is Farm Friend feature still active?

Hi all, I sent my Farm Friend link to a player on the US server, who has now started a farm on the UK server too, but is not currently showing as a friend on my farm. I have not done this before, so not sure if doing something wrong. Any suggestions please?

If they already had a farm on the US server, they won't count..........Your farm friends need to be people who have never played before.........Good Luck!

@lthrrr (GB1) Hmm thats actually incorrect, I swapped links with a US player with no problems at all. Do you happen to know if you were offline when your friend 1st logged in? Because that seems to stop the link between the farms from connecting for some people. You could try contacting support if that is what happened, but if your friend has not got far with their farm it would probably be easier to just try again with a different email & make sure you are online when the farm is created.

Hi Scissors, I was on line when we did this. So I don't know what happened. It is a player that we have met through the test server who expressed an interest in the co-op on the UK server. I think I will try support, maybe they can figure it out !
