My Happy Hour has not worked for the last three times it has been in play. When I am on during the time specified, it never logs me on. When I am off, it logs me on. The percentage bar at the bottom stays on 0, therefore I never get the weekend bonus. Very aggravating.
And now the County Fair is supposed to have started and all it does is flash off and on. Nor is there candy to be found anywhere. 
Why announce a New Event, if it isn't ready to be put into play yet?
